Dips, Dressings and Butters

Herb blends come pre-packaged in labeled re-sealable plastic bags for $3.50 each.

Herb Dressing/Dip - basil, parsley, marjoram, chives, savory, ground pepper and garlic.
Add mixture to olive or canola oil and wine vinegar and dijon mustard if desired.  Make a creamy dressing or dip with mayonaise, sour cream or yogurt.  Delicious on cold or hot veggies as well as green or pasta salads.

$3.50 for each re-sealable plastic bag

Dilly Dip/Dressing - dill, chives and parsley.
Combine with low fat sour cream, yogurt or mayonnaise for a tasty dip.  To make a dressing, combine with olive oil, water and wine or balsamic vinegar;  for a creamy dressing add sour cream.  Also good as a rub on salmon.

Herb Butter - rosemary and marjoram.
Combine with softened butter.  Serve on bread or cooked veggies.

Honey Herb Butter - parsley and basil
Combine with softened butter and a little honey. Serve on bread or cooked veggies.
